  • Friday 10th Club Summer Handicap (Helsby Hill 4k ish) – contact Ben Tumilty to enter
  • Wednesday 15th Hills of Hell, Old Pale, Delamere Forest (5k ish trail) – club counter
  • Thursday 16th Dunham Massey 5k race 2 of 4, (parkland paths and trail)
  • Friday 17th Tattenhall Tough Team (9m multi-terrain)
  • Wednesday 22nd Harrock Hill Race 2of 4 (5.3m mostly fields with some woods)

    When are you planning the 2023 sandstone trail challenge and how do we register? I’ve done it once..in 2013 so figure I need to prove I can do it again a decade on!!

      Hi – mid May 2023, think the hall is booked but don’t have date to hand! Entries from 1 Feb – or possibly later to try and improve the no shows – so plenty of time to get in shape 😁
