Borders: to take part it’s very simple, turn up in your Helsby vest, run the race and bring along your barcode which you can get from the below link. We shall scan that at the end of the race, similar to how parkrun works. If you’re new, your name may not be down on it yet but you need do nothing, I will get them added before race 1.

Pre-entry
The Cheshire and L&D Champs are PRE-ENTRY events and our cross country co-ordinators (Rachel) will ask who wants to be entered and do a block booking prior to each event.
For all other races, please just turn up and run, ie no registration and no entry fee – how good is that! You need to run in your club vest at all races.
