Just a reminder that tonight Wednesday 11th May sees our 3rd Race in the Fell series, the 7.30pm kick-off at Rainow.

As you can see, at 5 miles and only 750ft of climb this is a great race to introduce yourself to some off-road or hill running, plus, and more importantly lots of tea and cake afterwards.
11 Helsby runners ran at Dinas Bran (still awaiting results) for the last fell counter so hopefully we can have another good turnout
