Thanks to everyone that came along and ran on the day and the huge army of volunteers that made it happen!
The rain stopped just in time for the start and on the day we had 1132 finishers up from 2022 (and the Covid years we don’t like to mention). The field was led home by Birmingham’s Omar Ahmed in 1:07:51, who put the hammer down right from the start, establishing a commanding lead. Anna Bracegirdle first woman and 12th overall in 1:14:49. Loads of PBs further down the field and plenty of stories of personal triumph along the way. We were again delighted to be chosen as a Northern Masters championship race and separate results are available to for those eligible. Full results here. Any problems, drop us a line.
