Race day is 17th Jan, start time 11am — we're still planning for the race to go ahead.

All race packs have now been sent out. If you are down on the entry list we will contact you shortly by email. You'll receive race information, your number and chip in the post early in the New Year. We'll also send details on your technical running top, if you ordered one.

Important! :: transfers and cancellations

1. We get significant numbers of no-shows on the day.

2. We have people desperate to snap up spare places.

3. If you're injured, busy or otherwise can't do the race please, please release your place.

4. To cancel your entry, please contact support@fabian4.co.uk by 17 December.

5. To transfer, use View/Amend Entry at www.fabian4.co.uk/competitor/viewentry.aspx (before 7th January). You'll need access to the email you used to register. If you're unable to amend the club or DOB fields (available in December) email support@fabian4.co.uk with your change.

6. We do not operate a waiting list. Sorry, neither Helsby nor Fabian can get you a short-cut to a place. Keep checking the website or find a friend who will transfer (by 7th January). Cancellations are released as they become available. 

Race running tops

You can still order a race souvenir technical running shirt even if you've already entered. Use the Adhoc Payment feature at www.fabian4.co.uk/adhoc/payment.aspx. Select the correct event there, specify the size of each top (S, M, L or XL), and pay £10 per top. These shirts are made for us by More Miles, we like 'em!

Update :: Online ordering for the shirts has now closed. There'll still be a small number of long and short-sleeved shirts for sale on the day. Come and see us merchandising/Helsby RC club tent where a number of race souvenirs are available. We'll also be on hand with information on Helsby Running Club — we're always on the look out for new runners!
