Not a lot to report on currently with it being the Christmas season, but if anyone or anyone you know would like to help out or Marshall at the forthcoming 4VHM on Jan 15th then please email laura@baynham-hughes.com , as we are still looking for volunteers to help out on race day.

Sunday seen the last Cross Country for the year take place at Arrow Park, and we managed to get 6 gents and 6 ladies to the start line which meant no penalty points were incurred at what is a very difficult time of year to get to. Great performances from Colin Bishop and Neil Finegan seen them come in 9th and 18th, whilst the ladies team did well on the day with Christine Roach coming home first, followed by Debbie Read and Rachel Arnold.
The men came 9th and ladies 11th, which means the men sit joint 8th and ladies joint 11th overall. Runcorn Town Park is next up at the end of January. A full list of the results below
