First the great news, Joe Beswick has been officially selected as an Olympic Torchbearer.
It appears the press are already on the case so look out for an article about Joe in the Chester Chronicle soon.
Joe has been informed he’ll be running a leg near Macclesfield and according to the schedule it will be on or around 9.45am on Thursday May 31st

I understand this is a working day for a lot of people and obviously not the ideal location but for those who can make it, what an opportunity to give some time back to Joe and show our support not just for what he does at the running club but for what he has done for the community as a whole.
