Weekly speed session

Apologies for the delay in posting this session for the week, this is actually the 4 attempt of writing this post each time either work or a small child has gotten in the way of me finishing it.

Back to Pyramids this week:

1 min

Vary the recovery between efforts based on your heart or breathing rate. If using heart rate let it reduce by a zone and if using breathing rate just get your breath back so talking isn’t as difficult.

The idea during the efforts you are working to your max and the recovery you are still moving but slow enough for your heart or breathing to slow.
