Helsby Running Club Championship


The club run an annual championship open only to club members for the prestious title of Club Champion for both male and female athletes.
The championship is split the four categories of Road, Fell,Cross Country and Border League. In each categories there are a set number of races and the scoring couldn't be simpler. In each race the first male and female club runner receives 20 points, the second 19, the third 18 and I think you can see the pattern here so I won't go on. A maximum of 7 races in each series count in the race for the title.
